What happened to "Spare Parts"

The "Spare Parts" app seems to have disappeared from Android Market. Is there another app that can increase the size of all fonts to match my 52-y.o. eyesight?

I, too, was spooked when I saw this thread...I'm only 40ish But I can see the horizon approaching..lol
