after doing factory reset, does the apps stored on internal memory also get removeD? As in do the predefined apps also get removed?
My phone is htc explorer a310e.

Hello and welcome:)

Yes, you will lose all the apps and data that you have downloaded and installed.
Along with your contacts/texts/pictures etc.

It will basically be as if you pulled it out of the box but the current software version you updated to will stay the same:)

Hope that helps :)

Hi and Welcome to AF, regarding your question, a factory Reset returns your device to when you first got it. Usually this process does not format your SD Card but for you to be on the safe side, you can always remove your SD card from your device while you factory reset your device. Apps on your SD Card may or may not work after a Factory Reset. More info on you Device can be found here. Feel Free to join our Forum for any other info.

Cheers

Edit: Mikestony already beat me to it :)
