What is Auto Pay

You supply your credit card information to Virgin Mobile and they automatically charge you on a monthly basis. It keeps your service from being interrupted. They will message you about a week before it is due, and when it processes. If you start to run low on minutes, you can restart the month and the next month's payment due date will change to 30 days from that day.

I use it with no problem.

Thanks realfastone I was only wondering because it said $5 off iPhones will auto pay so I guess there really isn't that much or a disadvantage so thanks.

No disadvantages at all - plus they take $5 off your bill for making automatic payments.

Nice bonus :) (if you happen to have an iPhone).

I've used it since I've been with Virgin and have not had any issues. It's much easier than remembering to pay every month. You can also use a debit card, or a PayPal account.

Really like the auto pay, been with Virgin a really long time and it's awesome not having to even think about it! And I don't even get the discount for it, it's a good way to go!
