What is ".bugsense"?

I was cleaning up my phones with apps that I no longer have, and found a file with a generic white page as the thumbnail. I can not open it. I remember running into it a few times. I delete it, and it'll come back, my file manger deletes everything else and it's working properly, yes. What does this file contain, and why does it keep reappearing ? The tree of folders its under is: mnt/sdcard.
