What is Chamelon v1.6.12?

Found Chamelon program on my galaxy s3 using donkyguard. It can do EVERYTHING according to the app info. Any ideas on what it is?

Quick google suggests it's a bootloader.

but I have not loaded a bootloader on my android phone. I haven't used Linux for a couple years and grub was my bootloader. I've blocked access to almost everything for the program. And my phone is working fine rebooting and everything
