What is ER BN payment mean??

Does anyone know what ER BN payment on your paystub means? I've had it there for a while and I don't know what it is or what it stands for.

Why not just ask your HR person at work?
Each company and payroll service use their own abbreviations but it may be a deduction for your employer health insurance plan.

I've tried it's almost impossible to get ahold of them
