Help What is Healthy dial and Electric vibrating?

What is Healthy dial found in call settings in android phone? In this setting, "Healthy dial" is written in big size and under it "Phone has access to electric vibrating alert" is written. It has a checkbox to enable/disable this setting.
And, what is Electric vibrating alert? (It looks like, when phone rings because of incoming call, the phone will give the person an electric current and the person will vibrate. )

Ive never heared of that. It sounds more like a marital aid! Are you sure its aphone?

Yes, this feature is in my phone Gionee Pioneer P3 with Android 4.2.2.

All I can suggest is enabling it and seeing what it does!

My guess is that it's a mis-translation of something quite ordinary like "haptics": the phone vibrating when you press the on-screen buttons to give you some tactile feedback when dialling.
