Help what is HiAPK.com

I bought an Rogers HTC Magic unlocked. It has the 1.5 system. I never used Rogers services. The store I bought it from loaded Chinese software as I use it in China.

I just saw that there is some update ready for me to download. It appears to be related to HiAPK.com

I can not read the Chinese so I have not accepted it. Does anyone know what this is? Thanks
