What is Install Helper App

Hi, everyone
I wanted to if this app is malicious or not?
I am using Gionee F103 Pro
Android 6.0 Marshmallow
Amigo 3.2.0
I saw a app with the name Install Helper when I clicked on Show System Apps option.
I clicked on it. It has no permissions granted or any data usage. It's about 52 kb in size. It's not running in the background. I have disabled it. It was marked malicious by 360 Security in my phone.
Is it safe? By Gionee or other legitimate apps? Or its Malicious?
PLEASE REPLY....

Hey it's not flagged by CleanMaster, Quick Heal Total Security Mobile (Premium), MalwareBytes, Play Protect, and maybe not be by any well know and good antivirus like Avast, Norton or other
I think 360 Security results are False Positive. I liked Malwarebytes because it was scanning each and every app.

I think it is inbuilt in some of the Gionee SmartPhones or by some of the Legitimate Apps.

I don't know Quick Heal Total, but if you want to rid yourself of dodgy apps Clean Master is top of the list: snake oil functionality (just look up why task killers are a bad thing) from a company who don't even hide that their business model is to monetise the data of the people who install their apps.
