Help what is software update 4.21

[Android Question]

Hi, I have the following software update and I'm not sure what it is. I just did a factory reset on my phone (s5) n it's still trying to update again after connecting to a different WiFi. I checked the versions of android but can't find anything about this. Has anyone else had this? What is it and if it is malicious how did u get rid of it. Mal ware bytes and avast don't detect it. Thanks in advance

Little bit of a debate about what it actually was. To me it looked like the system app that managed software updates. Every phone has one that checks for,downloads and installs software updates for your phone. What was unusual to me was that system apps don't usually update that way.
