samsung tab 3 vs chinese model. from my point the x device (chinese device) is somewhat better than tab 3 but tab 3 excels at ram speed. whats that supposed to be? can you improve it manually? if so how. btw tell me whos better if they arent equal because both devices scored same on 3 previous tests. btw the tab 3 has better load times i mean faster than the x but still theh score the same. why?

RAM speed is presumably the speed it can read it write to the RAM. Can't see anything else it could be. And it will be determined by the hardware, so not much you can do (I'd be surprised if increasing cpu clock would affect bus speed, but have never dug that deep so cannot be 100%).
Antutu scores are a weighted sum of those various components, so if one device wins on some and one on another they can come out equal.
Antutu scores are also very weakly related to real world performance and very easy for manufacturers to game (which is worth doing for publicity purposes as the more ignorant reviewers still quote this pointless number). So the best advice is to take very little notice of it.

I stopped caring about benchmarks years ago when I ran Quadrant on my Desire HD and scored nearly double what my friend did on his HTC Sensation (albeit I was running an AOSP ROM on my Desire HD).
In Benchmarks, I won. In real world use, his handset wiped the floor with mine.
They're just numbers and as Hadron points out, they're very easy to fake (a lot of manufacturers have been caught out doing this recently).
