What is the best firewall password protected on Android?

Lol you just had one of the experts namely of @Hadron on Android applications that posted on another thread you opened for your question and there is none. He also gave a suggestion on how ( not) to make a none complicated action complicated. But I guess you're going to dig around until you find someone else to tell you the same answer, that no known application exist yet.
No root firewall
