What Is The Best Internet Browser To Use?

What's disappointing is have bad firefox mobile is, I quite like it on desktop and was hoping to to use it's sync capabilities. I guess I'll stick with dolphin hd.

I think the best browser keeps changing. When I first started using Android, the best browser was Steel. Then it was xScope. Then it was Dolphin. Then it was Opera Mini. Now, for me at least, it's just the stock Browser.

A lot of it, too, depends on your phone. I now have a reasonably fast phone so Browser is cool. When I had the MyTouch 3G, Opera Mini was the best because my phone was slow.

I think i've tried all of them available with very mixed results

Opera looks very nice and is very user friendly but i find it very slippy, i only have to scroll down a tniy bit and it flies all over the place . I also have issues with it when i sometimes click a link and it simply refreshes the page, very annoying.

Dolphin HD has a great interface, so easy to access bookmarks and other features, also comes with lots of add ons but again i have an issue with it when the screen times out the browser will no longer work and i have to exit and reopen it

Skyfire has the big daddy of playing vids but has a lot of facebook nonsence built into it for my liking and seems to take longer loading sites up

xscope was very quick but couldn't seem to set it up right, i want to view the whole page like the other browsers but can only get zoomed in view.

they are the main browsers but i've also tried
Boat
UCbrowser
ultralight browser
galapogos
Mirren
Netfront
SX browser

just give them all a go

I've been using the stock browser since tmmy N1 days. I just tried xscope and uninstalled it when it won't allow me to opened a pdf file I downloaded. I'm not sure if that was something I needed to set up or if that feature isn't supported in the free version. Anywyas I wont use a browser app that wont support such basic features in its free version.

Dolphin HD or Mini, I use Dolphin Mini because I don't need the bloated features that HD offers. Opera Mini/Mobile is great for mobile browsing (if you aren't on wifi) since it compresses webpages making page loads faster.

I've been using the stock browser on my Droid Incredible for over a year now. Yesterday I just tried Dolphin HD and I find it loads pages quicker (both always set for flash on demand)

I like the tabs, bookmarks on the left scroll and really like option to have full screen on (if u need url just left scroll over to ur bookmarks and url is there for you, really like the full screen feature) I haven't figured out what all the add ons are about since I just got it yesterday.

I teach Web design online and am always online answering questions and grading assignments. To do either, I have to be able to view the source code of the pages. If I could find a browser for my phone or for a tablet that could view the page source code I wouldn't be quite so tied to my computer. Any suggestions would be most appreciated. TIA

If you search Android Market for "view source," there are a couple of apps that claim to do what you want. I haven't tried them myself, though.

I use chrome browser on my computer, and love the chrome to phone feature, I was wondering if any of the other 3rd party browsers can use the chrome to phone application? I know that firefox has a similar application/feature but FF is not that great on my computer.

Opera Mini is my default browser. Great for forum browsing and reading news article.

The few times I need flash I use Opera Mobile or Skyfire.

Opera can sync a bunch of stuff between a computer and one of the phone versions, though passwords are not included.

I use Opera Mini, since i live outside the US and only data plan i can get is 40MB, and opera mini saves me a lot of bandwidth.
