Yes, it has to be a micro sdhc.
I recently bought this one for a Tab 4 10.1 for my dad. I just wanted something cheap and reliable. I have a Tab 2 7" and have a GSkill 32gb Class 10 but in reality I think Class 6 is fine for these devices. I've bought Samsung, GSkill, SanDisk and WinTec for my devices. Just don't go for rock bottom price and risk getting a counterfeit.
