What is the best phone with the most internal storage?

Currently I have a optimus one phone and it barely has any internal space, I have about eighty apps on it that are all moved to the SD card (some of them can't be so those are just left on it) I do use nearly everyone of my apps on a daily - weekly basis. I've sorta wanted to upgrade to a phone with ALOT of internal memory and one that is quite powerful and hopefully with a larger screen as I find the optimus ones tiny screen insane and hard to text very fast as you almost need to use your pinky to hit the keys on screen.

Price does not matter either. Thanks for any suggestions.

PS. I do have a 30+GB SD card installed as well.
 
I have a Motorola ATRIX 4g it has 16gb internal (also have a 16gb sd) it is a great phone raleally fast with 1.30 ghz and also has computing power and a fingerprint scanner for a ++
 
Samsung S3. You can get a 64gb model and add up to 64gb Micro sd card. Hopefully, this will remain the same with the US model, once we get it!
 
IIRC the 64GB model is coming out slightly later than the others. But yeah, for storage there's nothing else that matches that at the moment.

I second the Atrix 4G. Although it has a 1 ghz dual coar processor and not 1.30 ghz. Even though it's over a year old, I still love mine and I have plenty of Storage left on both internal memory and 16 GB SD card. I have 215 apps to which are still in Internal memory. It is fast, beautiful and bright screen, love the finger print scanner and Love the docks. I have the Lapdock and Standard dock. I use both daily.

Sorry I forgot to mention mine is OC but yesyour right stock is 1ghz
