I am going to say my favorite ROMs are.
Pac-rom(4.4.4-no-sdcard)
Nameless2.1(5.1.1 from 7-29-2015)
Cyanogenmod13(marshmallow 6.0 latest)
However being that your in mexico, probably wait till the next cm13 update because sim issues are on latest ROM some have reported. Also Tesla is pretty good.

The best ROM is CM14 and CM15, the newer the better!

This tbh, I hate when people prioritize gimmicks over stability.
The most stable ROM so far seems to be Tesla imo, AOSP is pretty stable but even after going back to stock and then clean flashing still have random freezes. No one seems to care enough.
CM 12.1 is pretty stable but some people seem to have issues with the LGE battery patch, not affecting me tho.
