What is the best Virtual Pet/Tamagotchi App/Widget?

I was wondering if anyone here had any experience with virtual pets or tamagotchi type widgets. Ive already downloaded tapfish which is a virtual aquarium. Its fun, but its real sloooooww.
Can anyone here recommend a good paid or free widget like this? Ive seen the dogfighting one on the app market and others but I dont really want to install and delete a ton of them to find a good one.

I'm on the lookout for a similar app too, downloaded a few, but none of them were really that good. Although, I did notice plenty of virtual dog apps in the market, but I'm looking specifically for a virtual cat. I did like Bathing Cat a lot for it's various cheeky statements but it's just a battery widget, although it's nearly like a real attention seeking pet that you have to feed, etc.
