What is the difference between dead pixel and black stuck pixel?

Yesterday i got a dead pixel on my Nexus 4. But when I saw the pixel from the side, it turn to a bright colour. What do you think about this pixel?

Your English is fine, your pixel seems to be dead. (LCD displays, when seen from the side, using the right kind of light, reflect different colors. The LCD screen, though, is transmissive (light goes through it, back to front), not reflective, so it doesn't matter what color it reflects.
