Help what is the led

i keep seeing you guys saying blue or green led for updates is this the colour of the light in the top right hand corner when you turn it on

I hope I can help, they refer to different models, you see some of the tablets come with a blue led power indicator light and some come with a green one. Mine is a 9.7 inch and comes with a green light, however the green light is not turning on with the tablet turned off and the charger plugged in , so therefore it is not charging.
