Note that as a kiosk it is most likely not an *official* Verizon location. They're like franchises, so if you talk to Verizon CS about it they will have less ability to actually do anything, and will be a little less sympathetic, *but* if those complaints stack up enough the franchisee could be in trouble. So the *franchise* manager is likely to care. Talk to both the franchise manager if you can, and "real" VZW CS.
