What is this app icon?

Hey,
I don’t use android so I’m not familiar with it. Maybe this is kinda weird but my bf sent me a screenshot yesterday and I noticed some weird heart shaped app icon. I asked him if its a dating app but he just said he doesnt know what it is.. that made me uncomfortable so I just thought i‘d ask here. Maybe someone knows what it is. I couldn’t find the app in the iPhone appstore so yeah..

(All your bf needs to do is pull the notifications down and he can see what app produces what icon).
