What is this icon/how to turn OFF

Motorola e5 tracfone. Just noticed an icon in the info bar at the top of the screen, NO IDEA WHAT IT IS. It's just to the left of the mobile data icon, and looks like a vertical rectangle with a zig zag line on each side. What is this & how do I kill it? The icon doesn't respond to a tap or otherwise.

If it appears in dropdown notifications, try long pressing it and tap the options indicator. It should take you to the notification settings.

Thanks, I quickly got a reply on another forum, vibrate was on instead of ring tone. just had to poke the volume buttons to turn off!

WiFi calling isn't working is my guess
Try turning off WiFi and see if it disappears.
