Hi my partner has this app notification on her phone, a lot, day and night, maybe nothing, but maybe something, please can someone help me find out, what this app notification is called thanks.

A hammer (or perhaps a judicial gavel) with a lightning bolt? Well whatever it is it doesn't look like a dating app, which is what 99% of this sort of enquiries are really about.

But to be honest, there are quite literally millions of apps in the Play Store, so if it isn't a well-known one the chances of anyone being able to identify it are not good. Google's reverse image search didn't find anything at all helpful. Chances are the best way to get an answer will be to just ask her.
