What is this notification symbol?

Does anybody know what this symbol is from? The one with the heart with the star in it. I've attached the file to see it. I have googled it and cannot find it anywhere and it is not on my phone so I can't look myself.

Possibly a Fit or smart watch Notification? Newer OS's have Bluetooth battery info, could be related to that..

Has neither a fit or smart watch to tie it to.

It could possibly be associated with a health app. Do you wear a linked health monitor/watch?

No, no health apps. And thank you for the warm welcome. I've been searching myself before reaching out to see if anyone else knows. Is there a way to reverse lookup notification symbols that anyone knows of?
