what is this popup viewer and why doesnt it work right?

On my galaxy S7 this pop up comes up sometimes when I click on links. It looks like its supposed to help but it just makes things harder to do, it doesnt work right. Here's a image of it. How do I fix it? https://ibb.co/BKKkG61

There's nothing to fix, it's a pop up ad in your browser. Either clear the browser cache or install an ad blocker such as adguard from the play store

turns out it was an app called setup wizard I disabled it and the popup doesn't come up anymore. it goes to the chrome custom tab now

no, the link I clicked was an Instagram link, I solved the issue though. It was due to some app called setup wizard so I disabled it. Now chrome custom tabs work normally
