What Is This Symbol On Status Bar

A family member has a Samsung Galaxy J3 Orbit. There's a symbol in the status bar that's I can't identify and is not shown in the phone's manual. It's not the battery symbol. Would someone please tell me what it is?

It is on the right side, so typically that is a system app. I just checked my Samsung galaxy S20 and under battery settings if I turn on Power Saving the same icon appears.

Thank you Unforgiven. I tested it turning off/on Power Save Mode and the symbol went off/on, as you said.
