There is an app in that randomly opens on my phone. It doesn't appear to have a name and doesn't block my screen. I want to know what it does and if I should be worried. I have a screenshot attached. It is the app with the icon that has what looks like a phone screen and an arrow.

Don't worry I figured out that if you hold the icon it shows info for the app.
