Help what is this?

I can't do anything anymore with my Note 2. These message keep on appearing on the screen even after I opened my phone and remove the battery and re-insert back.

" Unfortunately, the process android. process.acore has stopped....."

Please help out...

If this message keeps on appearing on your screen, you might have to reset to factory mode.

Thanks...it really help a lot...I reset everything...back to old old time..fortunately, I just did the backup to all the pictures recently.
