Help What is wrong?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3. I have an audio problem. The sound for my notifications are fine, I can hear them. Any app like Youtube or games that I play like Brave Frontier have no audio even though the in-app audio settings are maxed. What is wrong with this phone? Earbuds don't work cause I had cheap earbuds once and the metal part of the thing you plug in got stuck in the jack, Not sure if this has anything to do with it.

I think you have mentioned the culprit Alvin12312. If the jack is in the port, the phone is set to mute and the audio is routed to the jack.. and the missing earbuds. I wish I had a clever suggestion for removing the broken jack. Perhaps a set of needle nose pliers... Good luck.
