So now GOOGLE is going to comply with the US ban and restriction on HUAWEI'S future android phones with end support for Gmail, YouTube, play store,etc and no upgrade to future upgrades/support for new android OS's. There's been no mention about HUAWEI devices for us in Canada? So far they've been saying that current passed devices will work and function as usual. I just got the P30PRO. Why isn't there any mention about devices used in Canada? How is this ban going to affect us? Should I get rid of my device now?

Well the ban is basically about the export of US tech products to certain Chinese manufacturers, and Huawei does sell GMS(Google Mobile Service) products in Canada. Yes I do think you might be affected.

The only country where Huawei and Honor Android phones don't have GMS is China.
