What phone should I upgrade to?

I have an upgrade available on my line and I have been thinking about moving on from the Droid Incredible. However, I'm having trouble deciding on the device I should upgrade to.

I'm sort of leaning toward the Droid 3 right now, but I am also thinking of waiting on the Droid Bionic to come out to see how that performs.

I think I'll be straying away from 4G right now, unless the Droid Bionic has some fantastic performance reviews.

Are there any Droid Incredible users here that have upgraded or are planning on upgrading? What devices have you decided on?

The issue with any phone coming out right now is they have to compete with what is coming out in just 3 months or so. The leak of the Nexus Prime has put notice on any phone coming out with what is possible.

The delays with the Bionic are steering me clear of that phone. The SGS2 is vaporware on VZW at the moment. iPhone 5 will be out in Sept/Oct.

I know waiting for the "next best" thing means you will always be waiting. However, the things out now are outdated before they get here almost. At least the Nexus Prime has a shot at sustaining for 2 years until the next upgrade.

Interesting. I wish there were some more details regarding the Nexus Prime. It definitely seems like an interesting phone, however the wait period is a bit long. :/
