what power bank to get for Samsung Galaxy Tab S2?

I've had trouble with getting a right power bank for my Samsung Galaxy Tab S2

(it shows "low power charger connected" for ones I've tried even 2A ones ... after that it is slow to charge even with OEM from a wall

I use the Anker chargers, and have no problems charging my Galaxy products.

Though, I can't recall if I've charged the Tab 2 on my main charger; when plugging the Tab 4 into it, I don't get the low-current indication.

When I do, it is often due to a bad cable: the devices rely on a specific voltage over the data lines to tell it that it is connected to a high-current charger. So if the data wires are damaged (or non-existent), then the device assumes it is plugged into a low-current charger or computer.
