What should I do?

I used up my high-speed data for st right talk and now it loads like crap. Support won't reset it. They say buy a new card. I can't afford one. Autobilling will bill on the 29th. What can I do to make my data work again? I need help.

Can you connect to your wifi (if applicable)?

I think you are being throttled as you have used up your allotted data correct?

If you don't have access to any WiFi you could use a friends phone as a hotspot... if any of them have hotspot enabled... and are willing to let you use their data.

Most carriers will slow your speed when you reach a certain limit, it's not uncommon
