I won't lie: I pretty much record every single prank dial I make without regard to state laws. I wouldn't use the recording unless it was someone who I knew wouldn't care and I'd only use it to play back to them. But I'm curious: legally, what are the laws for what state you and the receiver of your call need to be in to make recording the call legal?
