What the heck is "mrsmog.com"?

I was just viewing my YouTube studios analytics, and noticed that a small percentage of people viewing my videos were from 'mrsmog.com' apparently, and I don't think I've ever visited the site, but even if I did, posted something? I don't really want to visit it because it might be dangerous, any help?

it appears to be a site dedicated to fixing your car for SMOG , or ummm pollution stuff...
may be their server is compramized and someones running a VPN in the background of the webserver...

I'd notify the site's admin if possible they may be hacked and not even know it LoL

You can run suspicious URL's through several URL scanners to see if they are safe. I used https://www.virustotal.com and it came up clean.
