What theme is this ?

Hello.
I attached a small gif to this thread (it's a zip containing a gif file - i don't know how to resize the gif file).
Anybody knows what theme is this ? (when you click the background the water is moving like you touch the water).
Is a theme from an Orange tablet (i guess is the Huawei S7).

That is a live wallpaper called Water it comes default with vanilla android devices. I'm not sure where it could be downloaded from but someone on here may know.

There is a possibility that it comes on other devices but I have only had vanilla android so i don't know

It is on my samsung and it is called Water...You may want to scan the android market for this, but be warned there are a lot of Live Wallpapers out there....
