Class 6 specifies a minimum read and write speed of 6MBps. If you get a UHS-1 card the minimum is about 30MBps and yes you can get 64GB ones.

It's up to you which size to get, if you think you'll need more than 80GB then get a larger sized phone.

So UHS-1 card are the best for performance ?
Is it called class 10 too ?

Nope. UHS stands for "ultra high speed" and it's the new way of grading the cards performance.

The "1" inside the "U" means it's UHS-1. Eventually cards will come out with other UHS numbers and they'll be faster, but you need to make sure your device will work with the cards before buying. UHS-1 cards from Sandisk will work in most devices including the SGS3 :)
