What to do to prepare a new SD card

i bought an 8 gb class 6 card and just curious what i need to do to use it... like copy old one over to it or? I have an htc magic 32a rogers phone runnin jachero rom

well, you pretty much need to format it to FAT32.

Then, if you didn't have Apps to SD installed, just transfer over the pic and put it in
