Hello!
I was trying to factory reset my tab 3. I was holding home, PowerPoint and volum up button... And now I get a screen that says This: "downloading do not turn off torget!!" It has been like This for a some time... NEED HELP!
Can I just turn it of or will that damge it?

Just turn it off. If you turn it off when you have something (like a computer) connected and are actually downloading something, you could brick the tab. But so far it hasn't downloaded anything, so holding the power button in for about 30 seconds should make it restart.
