What type of Micro SD Card?

Hello everyone. Just received my Tab 3 8.0 SM-T315 today and it is very groovy. I have been searching for some information without luck so far. Can this device accept the Micro SD SDXC type. I want a 64GB card and saw for sale Type 10 SDXC for Android devices. Couldn't find anything on Samsungs website and neither in a generic Google search. Can any nice member help please.

It'll take up to 64GB. Minimum speed you should get is Class 10, but if you can afford it, go for Ultra (faster than Class 10) or Extreme (Faster than Ultra, and the fastest SD card available now). Both of those last 2 are SanDisk, and the only brand I'd recommend buying. SanDisk/Toshiba (a joint venture) and Samsung are the only 2 manufacturers of the chips used in the cards - everyone else buys what's available, and that's usually substandard cards. (And Samsung's more expensive than they should be.)

Hi Rukbat, Thank you so much for the prompt answer. From your reply, I deduced that the sdxc can be used, as you talk about the ultra class 10. You are right, can't really afford the extreme and like you, I only buy Sandisk. I will place my order today.
