Help What was in this little update last month?

You know we all had this update last month well for some reason i couldn't install it,Just wondering what it improved? Ive been having issue of not allways being able to make calls it would just hang up when it would connect or if someone phoned me sometimes it would go straight to my voicemail,I did a reset hoping it would solve it but it didn't so now ive just tried the update and it now has let me install it.

What carrier are you with?
If it was Verizon, it had to do with roaming or something to Canada:

Its UK Vodafone.

Well the update has made no difference it worked fine this morning but later on in the day i had to turn flight mode on then off to call any one,Once you do that then the phone seems to work for a bit.
