What Website/App is Best to Upload/Sync With Android Without a PC

I have a LG Optimus F60 from Metro PCS. I'm trying to find the best and easiest way to upload and store my music files, but with all the ones that I've found they say that I need to sync with my PC or Laptop. My Laptop is broken, plus nobody else I know has one either.

I'm also very new to all this, and I don't know how a lot of it works, so any kind of information will help.
