I actually heard a commercial for the HTC hero (no name cell phone store) as the latest top of the line cell phone running Android... I laughed so hard.
Me personally, I would buy land, build a home, and put the rest away to be paid out a little at a time each month so that I can live completely comfortably for the rest of my life... probably about 1 million/year.

Well if it's still current maybe I'll save my money for a while and update when something better comes along.
Just 1m/pa? Interest alone would be at least 3times that(assuming you bank a round 100m)
I'd probably do similar to you, a few houses, a bunch of cars, some toys and see the world, which would leave me with enough capital to live on the interest in real luxury
I just wish that it was enough to allow me to do that, but what I want, money can't buy.

I'm using the Droid X right now. I'm waiting for the Targa to upgrade at the end of this year. I did start on the Eris though, which was basically a Verizon Hero.

I'd give about 181M to charities and churches - mostly Christian childrens homes in third world countries.
With my 9M left over I'd get a big home with some land around it. I'd travel with my family - show my kids Europe when they are studying history, that kind of thing. A nice BMW for getting around town, an Aston Martin DB9 for good weather, a Harley for really good weather. I'd get some dogs, maybe rescue a horse or two.
I'd get my in-laws a nice house on the beach that they could live in and that we could visit.
