What's a good password and data storage app?

Newbie
Looking for something for my Samsung Infuse. I need it to store alot of different passwords for websites and would like to be able to store things like Social Security Numbers, drivers lic. numbers, addresses, names, birthdays and other things i want to be private, unlike the default contact app. Any advice?

I use a piece of paper. Its encrypted with my horrible handwriting and gibberish. :p

I don't use it but my coworkers use splashID.
 
I use KeePass Droid

Add that to my wireless home sync'ing, and Keepass on my PC's, I have a full database of encrypted passwords that I always have access to.

I was looking at KeePass becuz of some good reviews and recommendations but can you add other items like personal info, SSN, DL# or should i find a differnet app for that?

SSN, DL, just commit that stuff to memory lol...

..but there's nothing stopping you from putting it in.

lmao, i'm 50yrs old and not getting any younger. Need to have the info for on the go. wife, 3kids, 2 grand kids, and really old mom and dad. After carrying around a taddered piece of paper in my wallet that i can barely read anymore, not to mention thats not a very secure place, for the last ten years i think i need to upgrade. The contacts section on the phone would be good but not very secure if someone gets a hold of my phone.

Well like I said, nothing stops you from putting it in as an entry, it'll hold and be secure just fine. I do have my safe combinations stored as entries now that I think about it hehehe...:)
 
+1 on KeePass. I set it up with dropbox so I can access the keepass database on my desktop, laptop etc. In keepass, there is a notes section where you can add in as much information as you want (at least I have never hit any limit). Also, you can attach a file to your entry and it will be encripted as part of the keepass database.

If you're comfortable with online password management, the paid version of LastPass has a mobile app. The benefit is that in syncs across devices.
 
I've used plenty of Password Managers in the past. I started out with SplashID on PalmOS and Windows Mobile. When I got Symbian, I had SPB Wallet. Now on Android, it's Safe Wallet. They all pretty much do the same thing and each have a desktop counterpart that you can sync with. These are all paid programs.

I went with Safe Wallet only due to it being the cheapest of the bunch and I had good experiences with SBSH in the past. However, nowadays, it seems their service has been poor (not what it used to be). Sad really, they used to be really good when it came to Windows Mobile and I wanted to support them.

The cards are customizable and you can edit the fields to your liking. Set which fields are masked, etc.
