What's an Android with 6GB RAM and etc?

I know that a phone with such specs is really powerful but like, how good is it? Also, isn't it a bit of overkill?

6 GB ram is useless if ram manager is badly and OS can't handle to max potential . I don't remember now what smarthphone have this ram and have that what I said.
