What's for dinner ?

We just have one in town and they are always way busy. It's been years since we last waited to eat there lol. It was good.

I ate two left over grilled beef hot dogs from last night. I ate them chilled with some spicy brown mustard.
We can't go the one's in Memphis anymore, I won't say why, but it's Memphis so I'll let y'all figure that out on your own :goofydroid: We are in Evansville, IN moving the daughter out of the dorm. When we come up here we always go to the chain restaurants that we can no longer go to when home.

It's a sad world we live in my friend. I live in the largest burb of Wichita. We have a lot of eateries local and Wichita has most all of the major chain restaurants and often two or three outlets. The vibes are very laid back here compared to areas we have visited. I can't think of any place local or metro that I'm not comfortable patronizing. I am fortunate to live behind times here.

Yep. We plan to be out on Memphis / Arlington, TN where we live in about 4 - 5 years. We are headed North for sure.

We ate here : Access Denied
^^^ access denied, what..lol. it's BJ's Restaurant. Link works so not sure why it says that.

Started with mozzarella sticks as they were out of calamari. Wife had shrimp alfredo pasta. I had a thin crust pizza with pepperoni, sausage, & jalapenos. Wife drank a Blue Moon and I had a Gin & Tonic.

I grilled out burgers for dinner. It's been a while since we had a burger off the grill. We are fond of burgers griddled on the Blackstone and cook them that way most often. The change of pace was good.

We had Pollo Asado with black beans and lime rice,
spend way too much time correcting mother becasue she wanted to say "estada" instead of "asado"
Americans..
Hehe.

I took a meat hammer to a chicken breast that was cut in half thickness wise. I buttered the pieces, sprinkled them with garlic salt and coarse pepper, and fired them on the Blackstone for sandwiches with mayo and and a slice of cheese. Makes a greats sandwich!
