I can give you one guess... I'm having beans. 🤣
I have a few options that sound good. I have some fresh caught Atlantic cod I could bake or I have some bacon that would make great sandwiches or go with some pancakes. Those two top my early morning list.
We went to the local combination convenience store/grill, after the Boss Lady's PT today. Tuesday's are the only day that they have Gizzards on the menu.
More than 12 chews on these. Couple had more than the 20-40 chews to lose weight.

Yesterday was tacos. Tonight is pizza.
My wife would do backflips for those gizzards. I'm a bit short on teeth so I'm more of a liver guy. They do look good!
Bacon egg and cheese sandwiches won out and was excellent for dinner. I've eaten bacon all of my life and this was the best bacon I've ever eaten. The wife bought it a while back and has no idea the price. It was Hormel Black Label Bacon and was so lean that it was difficult to fry. I pan fried the strips and then finished them up in the microwave while frying the eggs. The bacon was so lean it needed oil to fry which I just refused to add. I melted some butter in the skillet to fry my eggs. The taste of the bacon was fantastic. It wasn't too sweet or too salty. It was perfect in every way.
It sure made great sandwiches!!!
