What's the best "lost phone locator"app?

I know someone who has lost their phone twice in a month. I want to help them install an app that will help them locate the phone if it's lost, and wipe it remotely if necessary. I know of several, but was wondering if anyone here had a recommendation?

Thanks,

They all do varying degrees of what you want, all seem pretty good. I like Zoner, but I'm sure the others are as good or better. I've tried most of them, you have to try them to see what you like and don't like.
