What's the Best Music player available for 2.1?

I have a Moto Droid running 2.1. I like the stock music player well enough, but I was hoping to find something with a bit more by way of controls. More specifically, does anyone know if there is a music player in the market that might have an on board equalizer (EQ presets) and volume control?

Yea, Im looking for something like that too. I tried a few but still like the stock music player. I miss the ptunes on my palm, it even had winamp skin. Hehe

Give 'Astro Player Beta' a try from the Android market.

Even though it's still a beta it has the makings of being THE Android music player as it has a built in EQ and low memory usage. The developer is a friendly guy and is due to implement EQ presets soon as well as a more precise way of altering the custom ones.

No built in volume control sadly .

If you do give it a try I recommend changing the player skin to one of the others rather than leaving it on the default as it's really fiddly to flick through a song...it put me off the player at first until I discovered the other more finger friendly skins.
