What's the difference between a SDC4/32GB and SDC4/32GBSP 32GB Micro SD card?

One has a SP at the end of the Model number and the other doesn't newegg sells the one with an SP in it for $10-$15 more then the one without an SP in the model number, but other then that the Details on both 32GB Micro SD Cards are identical. They are both labeled as speed class 4 as well. I've looked online but can't find an answer.

As far as I can tell, the one with the "SP" just doesn't come with the adapter. Which is weird considering that they appear to be completely identical in every other way and the one with the adapter is cheaper...
