What's the name of this watch face?

Can someone tell me what's the name of this watch face please?

It's one of the default faces on the Gear S3 and it's called Gear Dashboard.

Now, how do I customize it? I have the battery/ heat rate. Not date/ weather

On the watch face selection screen, press "Customise", then swipe left and right to go through the different elements, rotating the bezel to change what each element is.

Well, maybe it's different for gear 2. I don't see the customize option.

Yes, I can get into to watch face options, but I can not "style" it. Some other watch faces I have I can.
I read that the gear 3 dashboard face is different than the 2.
Sucks, because I like to see all the features like the gear 3 dashboard has.
I don't care about heart rate, I rather have the date

Have you tried watchmaker or facer? They've a few similar faces you may find to your liking.

Much more choice than the Gear store anyways.
